iScore Desktop Crystal Reports do not run. |

Problem |
When attempting to run a crystal report from the iScore DT (Delphi) product, a message saying 'Error Creating Report Form' and some additional details.

Solution |
The Crystal Reports DLL's normally installed by the iScore installtion program may not be installed on the PC. The Metisc Web Site has this information in place allowing the Crystal reports runtime V8.5 or V9 available) to be installed. The Problem: A message “Error Creating Report Form” is displayed when running reports in the iScore DeskTop Software.
One possible solution (Crystal Reports run time support is not installed on the PC) follows:
Go to the metisc web site at http://www.metisc.com.au Logon to the site, or register a userid and password if you don’t already have one. Select the DownLoads link
Select Crystal Reports Choose Crystal Reports 8.5 Run Time files When this has downloaded run the file you received to install Crystal Reports Support. Restart your PC. Start iScore DeskTop and check your report operates
If you receive an error message about the version being incorrect, you may be using more recent versions of Crystal Reports.
Repeat the above procedure but select Crystal Reports 9.0 Run Time Files and install this version. Restart your PC Retest your reports
